QMC member Pilgyu Kang Wins PARADIM Proposal Competition

The NSF-funded PARADIM program will allow us to synthesize transition metal dichalcogenide monolayers, specifically molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) monolayers with the recipe developed by the Jiwoong Park group formerly at Cornell and currently at University of Chicago at no cost.

The PARADIM program allows us to use Cornell NanoScale Science & Technology Facility (CNF) for characterization of synthesized 2-D TMD materials and fabrication of devices using SEM, RAMAN, ebeam, etc. at no cost.
